This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All orders between Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. 
  • All orders after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day.
  • Certain oversized, or overweight items may be subject to additional freight charges.
  • In order to comply with  state restrictions, we are unable to ship to a PO Box for certain states listed below.
  • All orders to California and Delaware are subject to an additional shipping charge due to state restrictions.
  • Certain shipping methods are not offered to California and Delaware due to state restrictions.
  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, USPS will return your package to Prisco Cigars. All return freight charges will be passed on to the consumer.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we do not currently offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

U.S State Restrictions:

California

While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to: 

  • Confirm your delivery of tobacco products by telephone call after 5PM (PT) the day prior to shipment
    • Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery

Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California.

Connecticut

Due to Connecticut State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Connecticut addresses:

  • Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less)

Delaware

While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, Delaware’s Title 30 Chapter 53 requires us to:

  • Receive and store age verification documents in order to sell a tobacco product to you. This is a one-time process and the information will only be used to comply with your state’s requirements.
    • Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery.

Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to Delaware.

Hawaii

Due to Hawaii State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Utah addresses.

Maine

Due to Maine State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Maine addresses:

  • Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers
    • Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less)
    • Pipe Tobacco

Maryland

Due to Maryland State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Maryland addresses:
• Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers
• Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less)

Massachusetts

Due to Massachusetts State Regulations, we do not ship any Flavored Tobacco products to Massachusetts addresses.

Montana

Due to Montana State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Montana addresses:

  • Filtered Cigars

Pennsylvania

Due to Pennsylvania State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Pennsylvania addresses:

  • Small Cigars (Weighing 4lb per 1000 or less) in carton packs, containing 20 to 25 sticks per pack.

Utah 

Due to Utah State Regulations, we do not ship any products to Utah addresses.

Vermont

Due to Vermont State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Vermont addresses:

  • Small Cigars (Weighing 4.5lb per 1000 or less)

Washington

Due to Washington State regulations, we cannot ship the following products to Washington addresses:

  • Small Cigars (Weighing 3lb per 1000 or less)
    • Pipe Tobacco

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please Note

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from Prisco Cigars after you have tried a maximum of (1) cigar, you may return them within 15 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) and decide that they are not to your liking, you may return them and will receive a partial refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus the shipping costs. Returns are accepted only with original cellophane wrapper intact. Do not return burned cigars as this might affect your refund. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Label. After receiving a RMA Label, place the item securely in its original packaging. Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the box.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LOST PACKAGES

At Prisco Cigars, we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience, and we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost during transit, or if an unclaimed package is subsequently lost, we have a dedicated process to address and resolve such situations

Package Tracking and Investigation:

If the tracking information for a package has not been updated for a period exceeding 7 days, our team will initiate a thorough investigation to locate the package’s whereabouts. We value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that every effort is made to resolve the issue promptly.

Insurance Claim Process:

Upon concluding that a package is indeed lost, we will initiate an insurance claim with the relevant shipping carrier. The purpose of this claim is to recover the value of the lost package and its contents. This process may involve coordination with the carrier and adherence to their procedures for insurance claims.

Replacement Package Issuance:

Once the insurance claim is successfully processed, only at this point, a replacement package will be issued to the customer. It is important to note that the replacement package will be sent following the completion of the insurance claim.

Customer Notification:

Throughout the process of locating the package, processing the insurance claim, and addressing unclaimed packages, our customer service team will keep you informed and updated on the progress. We are dedicated to open communication and ensuring that you are aware of the steps being taken to address any issues.

Unclaimed Packages and Restocking Fee:

In the case of an unclaimed package that is returned to Prisco Cigars and is subsequently lost, a restocking fee of 60% will be applied to the total value of the returned items. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, handling, and restocking the products that were part of the unclaimed package.

Your Peace of Mind:

Prisco Cigars places a high value on your satisfaction and peace of mind. While lost packages are rare, we are fully committed to resolving such situations in a diligent and efficient manner, ensuring that you receive your order as intended.
