    The 6×60 gordo connecticut has a very relaxing profile. Creamy smoke with hints of hay and nuts. Perfect for unwinding after a long day.

    I tried this blend in a sampler, and I am impressed. I bought a bundle, and I’ve been enjoying them. Although I’m no fan of the run of the mill Connecticut, Prisco’s blend is not overly “grassy” as most other Connecticuts I’ve tried. The blend is delicious; just great tobacco flavor with no jarring notes. The construction is first-rate, the burn even, and the draw is pleasurable. I’ll have these in my humidor on a regular basis.

    Three thoughts on the Prisco Gordo:
    1. Construction was surprisingly good. Firm. Feels solid in your hand.
    2. Burns evenly and slowly with hints of blue smoke and a pleasant aroma.
    3. If these folks can maintain their current pricing, they have produced a great product and a tremendous value.

    These are as good as the rest, and a great size. I’m no Connecticut fan though. I was new to cigars not long ago. Now I’ve sampled most of what Prisco offers. If this is your wrapper, get a 25-pack.
